Welcome to the Northeast Mississippi Human Resource Association web site. We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) that supports Human Resource Professionals in Northeast Mississippi in their role as strategic business partners with their various employers. As an important part of this support, practically every chapter meeting provides continuing education in the ever-changing field of Human Resources. Our chapter is extremely proud of the fact that we have been recognized by SHRM by receiving the Superior Merit Award for the 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Although we offer local membership to Human Resource Professionals in our area, we strongly encourage membership in the national organization of SHRM, as the benefits are even more rewarding for professional educational enhancement.
